1/4	c.	butter
1	c.	shredded Parmesan cheese
1	oz. pkg.	cream cheese
1	c.	milk

• Melt butter in pan over low heat.
• Add cream cheese to blend.
• Add Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
• Whisk in milk.
• Heat until all is melted together, stirring constantly.
• Serve over noodles.
